The Security & Safety department ensures a safe and secure environment for the entire EHL community. It supervises the protection of people, infrastructure, and property, by applying strict prevention and control standards. Its teams ensure risk management, regulatory compliance, and the coordination of emergency interventions. Their mission is to promote a culture of safety and well-being within the campus.

Security Officer

The missions of the Security Officer are to ensure the surveillance and control of access to buildings and outdoor spaces, as well as the management of alarms and emergencies. He/she ensures compliance with safety standards and instructions, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of protection and reporting systems.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Management of fire alarms or other emergencies that require rapid action.
• Identification and access control of people, residential buildings and administrative buildings, as well as outdoor spaces and parking lots.
• Updating safety instructions and internal directives / regulations, as well as their application and monitoring.
• Controlling that standards, directives and regulations as well as fire safety are respected.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of various operating and reporting systems, such as access control, parking, video protection and fire detection/extinction, as well as the processing of requests relating to these systems.

Who are you?

• You have a good command of IT, particularly security software.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of security.
• You are a flexible and autonomous person.
• You are in good physical condition and have a good ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
• You have up-to-date BLS/AED first aid training as well as fire extinction training.
• You are a native French speaker and possess very good knowledge of English (B2 orally and in writing).
