• 05 août 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Lausanne • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimation Lausanne (and home office) | 80-80% What you can contribute • Perform, on behalf of the Chief of Staff and the Secretary General, complex legal and administrative work as well as analyses and positions • Ensure the implementation and compliance with the Federal Act on Information Security within the Tribunal fédéral • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure quality control of the mandates of the Secrétariat général and the État-major de direction, as well as manage specialized work related to the quality management system • Handle the legal affairs of the Secrétaire général and participate in cross-functional and interdisciplinary projects • Support the Chief of Staff and the Secrétaire général in the steering, monitoring, and coordination of their activities What makes you unique • University degree in law, preferably with a bar exam and/or relevant continuing education for the position • Several years of professional experience in a court or analogous experience • Experience in team or project management, organizational talent, solid IT skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent command of German and French with ease in writing • Knowledge of Italian and English desired In a few words As a legal counsel for the État-major de direction, you play a key role within the Secrétariat général and contribute to the smooth functioning of the Tribunal fédéral. You put your legal expertise, your organizational skills, and your coordination ability at the service of the Secrétaire général and the État-major de direction. Through your support in monitoring mandates, quality control, and conducting strategic projects, you contribute to the steering and development of the Secrétariat général's activities.
