To strengthen our team in the Catering sector, we are looking for, immediately, for an indefinite period, at the Vevey site, a motivated and committed person as a Kitchen Assistant, 60%. ##

Your responsibilities

• You ensure the smooth running of operations at the cash desk and offer a professional cash service.
• You are responsible for order and cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant (including the dishes).
• You ensure that the buffet is clean and complete.
• You ensure that customers are served kindly at the coffee bar.
• You implement concepts with defined working methods.
• You systematically respect the prescribed hygiene rules.
• You support the kitchen team if necessary.

Your profile

• Preferably, you have completed basic training in catering.
• You already have professional experience in an equivalent activity.
• You enjoy contact with customers and feel comfortable in the role of host/hostess.
• You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
• You work independently and know how to set priorities very well.
• You are a reliable, meticulous and committed person.
• You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
• You can adapt your availability according to the schedule.
