Work where the Action is!

As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible, together with the Store Manager, for the optimal processes in the sale of our surprising assortment and for leading a team of employees.

You support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and inventory and contribute with ideas to improve shelf presentation. Together with the team, you roll up your sleeves where needed and ensure, among other things, a consistently well-maintained store.

In addition, you are co-responsible for staff scheduling, processing incoming applications, and answering questions from colleagues and customers, so that everyone leaves the store with a smile.

What you bring

• At least two years of professional experience in retail or similar activities
• You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and know how to motivate a team
• You recognize yourself in the Action culture: cost-conscious, customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, and simple.
• You speak German, French, depending on the location of the branch. English is an advantage.
