On behalf of an industrial company, we are looking for an HR Manager at 50% - 60%.

In this versatile role, you will play a central role in recruitment and HR coordination activities, while providing support on various topics related to the employee journey.

Your responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to preparing the offer: publication, sourcing, preselection, initial HR interviews, coordination of the different stages, and taking references.
Collaborate closely with department managers to define the sought-after profiles, challenge needs, and support recruitment decisions.
Identify and approach candidates via various channels: professional networks, recruitment platforms, schools, ORP/RAV, and other partners.
Ensure the monitoring of the candidate pipeline and the update of the recruitment system (ATS).
Guarantee regular and professional communication with candidates and ensure they are offered a quality recruitment experience.
Monitor recruitment indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and sourcing methods.
Be an accessible contact person for employees regarding routine HR questions.
Participate in various HR projects, particularly in the areas of onboarding, training, and employee development.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and tools.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure good coordination throughout the employee journey.
Manage routine HR topics autonomously and pass sensitive or complex situations to the appropriate contacts.

Your profile

You have proven experience in recruitment, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
You master the entire recruitment process and are accustomed to conducting initial HR interviews.
You are comfortable in direct collaboration with managers and know how to support them in their recruitment decisions.
Experience in an industrial company constitutes an important asset.
You hold a Swiss HR certificate or recognized training in the field of human resources or recruitment.
You perfectly master French and English, both orally and in writing.
You are organized, autonomous, and capable of effectively managing several priorities.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable both with candidates and with managers.
You are recognized for your proactivity, your pragmatism, your discretion, and your sense of service.
