Requirement profile:

• Completed commercial training or technical basic training with further commercial training
• Initial professional experience in work preparation / production planning desired
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and high commitment
• Very good communication skills and high social competence

Tasks:

• Production control of a shift production
• Triggering, booking and tracking of production orders
• Capacity and resource planning
• Creation of calculations / post-calculations (production controlling)
• Coordination and responsibility in the change process
• Ongoing analysis and optimization of processes
• Creation of work plans, work instructions and process descriptions
• Support in conducting error analyses
• Creation of training documents and conducting training
• Close cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, maintenance of master data in cooperation with other departments
• Participation in daily shopfloor management
