Zuger Kantonsspital is at the service of the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1-200 employees, 180 of whom are in training and further education, are active in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. More than 27'500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Frauenklinik, we are looking for a Chefarztsekretärin Frauenklinik 100 % as of 1. Januar 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks ##

• Organization of the chief physician's consultation hours including assistance during examinations, performing blood sampling and small laboratory work
• Writing of operation reports and medical correspondence from dictation using a voice recognition system
• Planning and coordination of outpatient and inpatient procedures taking into account the available operating room capacities, resources and personnel circumstances
• Administrative work and management of the electronic patient dossier

Your profile ##

• Completed training as Medizinische Praxisassistentin or further training as a Sprechstundenassistentin, as well as further training as a Chefarztsekretärin is an advantage
• Experience in gynecology/obstetrics as well as in a chief physician secretariat is an advantage
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working as well as reliable prioritization
• Good English skills
