For the exciting large-scale project Dock A at the airport in Zürich, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented personality as Head of Realization / Chief Construction Manager 80-100% Job description: As part of the planner community consisting of BIG and IB, you will actively participate in the planning and realization of the complex new building Dock A at Zürich airport – a unique large-scale project that runs over a decade and requires individual and innovative solutions. As a certified construction manager with construction management experience in Switzerland, you will independently develop service descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the realization of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you will optimize the construction process, create the schedule, and monitor costs and compliance with contract conditions.
