Mitarbeiter Verkauf Heizung & Sanitär (m/w) 80 - 100%
Your tasks
Competent telephone advice and support for our customers in the area of heating & sanitary
Independent order processing – from the customer inquiry via the creation of the offer to delivery
Active sale of our products and services as well as competent technical advice
Creating, processing and following up on individual customer offers
Close cooperation with the field service for optimal support of our customers
Your qualities
Completed basic technical training, ideally as a heating or sanitary installer EFZ, with sound professional experience
Commercial flair and enjoyment of customer contact
Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with high initiative
