What you achieve ##

• Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) collaboration
• Ensuring the interests of Performance Controlling within the project structure
• Co-shaping the future performance measurement environment
• Performance Report
• Ensuring and further developing the Investment Performance Reports for our customers
• Creation and presentation of reports and decision-making bases for management and external stakeholders
• Further development and optimization of controlling and reporting processes:
• Analysis and identification of improvement potential in existing processes.
• Development and implementation of new, efficient workflows.
• Cooperation with internal and external partners to harmonize processes.
• Performance analysis and commentary
• Monitoring and analysis of the performance metrics of the investment portfolios and their benchmarks
• Creation of sound justifications for performance deltas
• Tool use and further development:
• Application and maintenance of tools such as Excel, Power BI, Aladdin, and SimCorp Dimension for data analysis and reporting.
• Development and automation of reports and dashboards to increase efficiency.
• Evaluation and implementation of new features and technologies to optimize the existing infrastructure.
• Quality assurance of the data base
• Ensuring and further developing the data checks as a basis for the performance analysis of the investment portfolios
• Analysis and processing of data problems
• Analysis of existing processes as well as development and implementation of process improvements

What you bring ##

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable course of study
• Strong experience and interest in financial products and financial markets
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills
• Experience with Aladdin and/or SimCorp Dimension
• Several years of experience in the field of Asset Management
• Practical experience with GIPS® (Global Investment Performance Standards)
• Sound knowledge of Excel and ideally Power BI
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
