The institution is strengthening its renovation sector, which leads large-scale operations such as heavy renovations, densifications, transformations, and demolitions-reconstructions. In a context where projects are becoming more complex and requirements are intensifying, our client wants to expand its team. To support this dynamic, they have mandated us to search for their future Confirmed Project Manager - Client Representative ## A key role to lead complex and ambitious renovation projects ### Your responsibilities ## Attached to the renovation sector, you ensure the complete management of large-scale projects, which may include densifications, heavy transformations, or demolitions-reconstructions. You intervene on several operations in parallel, at different stages of advancement, from the upstream development phases, with great autonomy in monitoring, planning, and financial management. Your role consists of mandating, framing, and supervising contractors as well as general and/or total companies, while ensuring the quality of services, respecting deadlines, and controlling risks. You coordinate the necessary steps and exchanges with authorities and external and internal partners to secure the smooth running of projects. You also ensure their administrative management, in an environment where autonomy is key. Finally, you bring a structured vision to regulatory issues, integrating these dimensions from the design of projects and throughout their implementation. Your profile ## You have confirmed experience in managing large-scale renovation projects, with concrete exposure to the upstream development phases. Used to intervening throughout the project life cycle, you are comfortable in both design and execution follow-up, including in EG/ET implementation contexts. Your understanding of financial, legal, and regulatory issues, as well as constraints related to existing real estate assets, allows you to structure complex files, anticipate risks, and secure decisions. Versatile and with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including authorities and internal and external partners. With experience as a contractor, MO, or AMO, you hold a higher education degree in architecture or engineering; complementary training in real estate is an asset for this function.
