You want to lead your projects from A to Z, not just draw plans? At Pro-Tech Chauffage, you take full responsibility for your sanitary affairs, from the initial client request to the final invoicing. We are a human-sized SME, an SSIGE concessionaire (water and gas), that relies on artificial intelligence (AI) to lighten daily tasks. And above all, a house where you are trusted: we give you free rein on your construction sites, because here, the result is what matters.

Your role

You manage your sanitary construction sites from start to finish: analysis of the request or the call for tenders, on-site measurements, client advice, costing, coordination of installation teams, technical and financial monitoring, up to handover and final accounting. Our clientele is varied: individuals, property managements, architects, general contractors, municipalities, and industries.

Concretely, you:

Analyze plans and tender documents, perform on-site measurements, and advise the client on technical and budgetary solutions

• Establish execution plans and details on AutoCAD, measurements, dimensioning, and material lists
• Prepare quotes and tenders according to the CAN (with Win_OD) and consult suppliers
• Plan and coordinate installation teams, participate in site meetings with architects and representatives
• Ensure technical and financial monitoring, manage additional work, prepare statements and final invoicing
• Process work notices and connection requests (notably Viteos, canton of Neuchâtel)

Your profile

• CFC as a sanitary building technology drafter, or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Experience in design, costing, and monitoring of sanitary projects in Switzerland, with good knowledge of SSIGE and SIA standards
• Mastery of AutoCAD
• Confirmed experience in preparing tenders according to the CAN and good mastery of its operation (prerequisite)
• Win_OD is an asset; if you have already worked with tendering software integrating the CAN, you will master it quickly
• You enjoy autonomy and taking the lead, but always as part of a team: you rely on the expertise of your technicians and take their opinion into account to move forward together
• Sense of construction site profitability, ability to manage several projects in parallel, ease of contact
• Fluent French, oral and written, and a valid driver's license
• Curiosity for artificial intelligence (AI) applied to the profession: for us, it is not a gadget, it is a way to save time on administrative tasks and project management

Experience with AI is an asset, not a condition. We are primarily looking for someone curious, pragmatic, and open to new working methods.
