YOUR TASKS

• You ensure the smooth operation of our technical building infrastructure
• You carry out maintenance, repair and maintenance work on technical systems
• You take care of our HLK systems and rectify faults efficiently and sustainably
• You monitor and optimize technical systems and processes
• You document your work in work and material reports
• You perform on-call duty and support internal and external stakeholders with technical concerns

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of building technology or a similar field
• Experience in the maintenance of technical systems as well as knowledge in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HLK)
• Ideally experience with the Siemens Desigo CC building control system
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Place of residence within a radius of around 30 minutes from Klinik St. Anna for on-call duty
