Through tasty, healthy, and sustainable cuisine, you contribute to the satisfaction of our guests and to the joy of their taste buds. You share the passion for taste and homemade food through your dishes. The products used come from the vicinity and are selected according to specific quality and environmental criteria. Your tasks • Perform warm and cold production independently • Ensure service and replenishment • Contribute to a good atmosphere and conviviality during service through a friendly reception • Participate in good kitchen functions: creating menus, placing orders • Participate in monthly inventories and cleaning work • Guarantee the quality of the culinary performance • Make your safety and that of your colleagues a priority • Pay attention to compliance with food hygiene standards (HACCP) • You have the opportunity to contribute your creativity and your ideas to accompany the entire development of our services in the service of our customers and guests. Your competencies and talents • Cook's diploma / training in the hotel and catering industry • You are enthusiastic about your profession and combine technique with creativity. • Sensitive to the use of healthy, local, seasonal, and fresh products • You strive to satisfy customers and are a flexible, creative person with the ambition to bring suggestions • Enjoyment of teamwork • Proficiency in the English language is a must to meet the requirements of an international population. French is a plus.
