Job Description ##

• Assist technicians and site managers in site monitoring
• Participate in taking measurements and quantities
• Prepare and follow technical files
• Help with the planning and organization of work
• Monitor the progress of teams on site
• Participate in site meetings
• Be in contact with teams, suppliers, and various stakeholders
• Control the proper execution of work
• Progressively evolve towards autonomous management of small sites

We expect ##

• Technical training in construction / site management / construction economics or equivalent training
• Junior profile accepted
• Initial experience or good knowledge of the construction site is indispensable
• An interest in the trades of gypsum, plastering, and painting
• Comfortable both in the field and in the office
• Good reading of plans
• Organized, curious, and a good listener
• Good interpersonal skills with site teams
• Desire to learn and to progressively increase skills
• Driver's license desired
