HSS Services AG supports the service delivery and the holistic further development of the Siloah-Verbund. As a service platform for homes, Spitex organisations and hospitals, it provides diverse management and support functions. These include: Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Development and Staff, Purchasing and Logistics, IT, Process and Project Management, Hospitality, Facility Management as well as Kita. The employees of HSS Services AG are constantly committed to optimally supporting operational processes, providing high-quality services and utilizing synergies optimally.

Your area of responsibility:

• Daily production and plating of approx. 600 meals according to the latest nutritional principles for our residents, employees and guests
• Promotion of a positive working atmosphere in your own area as well as in interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas
• Participation in operational projects and special events

Your profile:

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• High awareness of quality and quantity
• Creative and innovative personality
• You are flexible, resilient and communicative as well as open to new things

The Siloah-Verbund as an employer

With around 1'000 employees, the Siloah-Verbund is an independent and self-financed basic provider in old age and operates a geriatric hospital, three home locations as well as two Spitex bases in the Canton of Bern. The Siloah-Verbund wants to implement the concept "Integrated care in old age" holistically within its own structures and through partnerships. This is intended to make an active contribution to improving the organizational and geographical networking as well as the coordinative alignment of the patient pathway for elderly people.
