Assistant in nursing and community health
Your daily life with us
Provide quality, individualized care adapted to the health status of each resident, in a global and interdisciplinary approach
Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts in compliance with procedures and hygiene and safety rules
Assume the role of referent for several residents and participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of their life project
Be a resource person for nursing assistants, interns and apprentices
Collaborate closely with the nursing staff, the animation service and external providers (treating physicians)
Contribute to the quality approach and the continuous improvement of our practices
Your profile
CFC as assistant in nursing and community health (ASSC)
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and capacity for adaptation
Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of residents and their loved ones
Experience in an EMS and an interest in geriatrics are assets
Knowledge of the SI Carefolio and the RAI instrument is a plus
