Samsic Emploi is recruiting Health Assistants (M/F) for temporary missions with its leading partners in home care in the Lausanne region Your mission Within multidisciplinary teams, you accompany beneficiaries in their homes to ensure their comfort, safety, and maintenance of their autonomy. In this capacity, you will be required to: Perform hygiene and comfort care. Accompany beneficiaries in activities of daily living. Participate in the maintenance of their autonomy and their quality of life. Observe the general condition of patients and transmit information to the healthcare team. Respect care protocols as well as hygiene and safety rules. \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: Your profile CRS 120h Health Assistant certificate or recognized equivalent diploma. Initial experience in home care constitutes a real asset. You demonstrate empathy, benevolence, and excellent interpersonal skills. You are autonomous, organized, and enjoy teamwork.
