You are responsible for the continuing education and service offerings in the fields of university teaching, training in consulting, adult education, and lifelong learning, and you develop them strategically. Your tasks include: • Planning, implementing, and developing offerings and projects with the department's employees (including budget responsibility). • Leading and promoting employees in a targeted manner; planning of work portfolios • Collaborating systematically with the other departments of the Institut de formation continue et de services as well as with other bodies of the PH • Conducting service negotiations with various actors; establishing offers • Co-responsibility for the development of the institute as a member of the institute's extended management • Intervening in continuing education teaching and/or in service projects (including acquisition) according to your own expertise An increase in the employment rate is envisaged in the medium term. It is also possible to choose Olten as the place of work. Your profile: You are an integrative, solution-oriented, and pragmatic personality with strong communication skills. You enjoy taking on leadership, personnel, and project responsibilities and navigate with confidence in the university and school environment. You have an overview and are used to managing interfaces and collaborating with people from different disciplines. In addition, you bring the following: • Completed university degree (university, ETH, HES) in a discipline of educational sciences; a doctorate is an advantage • Expertise in university didactics, innovative learning environments, digital teaching, coaching / consulting and/or lifelong learning • Proof of competence in university didactics • Experience in the acquisition and implementation of service projects as well as in continuing education in universities • Leadership experience in expert organizations (ideally in the university field) as well as management skills Our attractive employment conditions include great flexibility regarding working hours and place of work.
