Workshop Manager for Construction Machinery Repair Your contribution to us Responsible for the smooth running and coordination of orders in the workshop (resources, utilization, machines, vehicles) Leadership, motivation, and technical support of the existing workshop team, consisting of construction machinery mechanics and locksmiths Organization and execution of equipment repairs in direct consultation with our operational users Preparation of cost estimates, ordering of spare parts, and subsequent billing of repair services Responsible for the training of our apprentices in the vocational professions of Construction Machinery Mechanic EFZ as well as Locksmith EFZ Support of the team during overhauls, repairs, as well as service and maintenance work on our construction machinery and equipment during bottlenecks, both in the workshop and on the construction site What matters to us Completed vocational training EFZ as a Construction Machinery / Agricultural Machinery or Truck Mechanic Further training as a Workshop Manager or Diagnostic Technician is an advantage Several years of professional experience in a workshop or in technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility Administrative skill as well as sound handling of IT systems, such as MS Office and AS4U Driving license Cat.
