About the role Our client, a structure operating in the real estate sector, is looking for accounting support to assist their current team during a period of high activity. You will join the accounting department, which will train you before you quickly work autonomously on invoice entry, bank reconciliation, and payment management tasks. You will also handle the administrative management of the office, including the filing and archiving of files. Tasks Handle the entry and verification of supplier invoices Perform the preparation of payments Record general accounting documents (bank, cash registers ...) Perform bank reconciliation Ensure the filing and archiving of accounting documents Prepare quarterly VAT returns Provide operational support to real estate accounting We are looking for You are currently studying in accounting, finance, business administration or any other similar field You have a first (even short) experience in the accounting field You are available very quickly at a rate of 50% for a minimum duration of 4 months You can ideally work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays or some of these days But above all, you are an organized, conscientious person with good interpersonal skills.
