Department Head Care & Nursing 80 – 100 % YOUR TASKS You will take over the management and organization of House B with 48 residents Through your direct involvement in nursing, you not only ensure a high quality of care, but also continuously identify potential for improvement You lead your team with foresight, promote individual strengths and create a motivating work environment In close cooperation with the area management and the team leaders, you design processes efficiently and in a future-oriented manner YOUR PROFILE You have completed training as a dipl.
