Payroll Clerk (temporary)

Our client is an established organization in the health and social care sector. It employs a large number of employees with different wage models. For the payroll team, we are looking for a Payroll Clerk 80-100% for a temporary assignment of around four months to support the team. The start date is immediate or by arrangement (as soon as possible). You will work in a structured environment with clear processes and mutual support. The place of work is centrally located and is particularly easily accessible by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In the monthly payroll run, you will process wage-relevant changes for employees on hourly and monthly wages
• You will maintain master data carefully and keep it continuously up to date
• You will correctly record advances, child allowances, voluntary allowances, and expenses in the system
• You will control payroll data using the four-eyes principle and support the team in quality assurance
• If required, you will assist with accident and daily sickness benefit settlements as well as with preparations for the annual financial statements

• Good user knowledge in Abacus will facilitate your entry into the existing system
