We are looking for a maternity replacement with a hands-on mentality with the following profile: YOUR MISSION * Independent and professionally secure processing of the ongoing financial accounting * Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless day-to-day business * Preparation of timely monthly and annual financial statements according to OR * Examination and plausibility check of the financial data including intercompany reconciliations * Support of the CFO * Support and collaboration in invoicing and customer contract management * Participation in topics of cost accounting, cost center accounting, and controlling * Participation in the maintenance and further development of the Group Accounting Manual and the internal control system (IKS) * Participation in the maintenance and further development of internal processes and controls in accounting * Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks YOUR SUPERPOWERS * You are used to jumping into the deep end and enjoy being able to be productive immediately Your experience and diplomas show us that you can take over the aforementioned tasks independently and without long training * Good knowledge according to OR * Good German skills; English and French skills are welcome * Confident handling of ERP systems and ideally Abacus * Independent, exact, and structured way of working * High service orientation as well as a strong sense of responsibility * Resilient and reliable personality YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH US * a motivated and well-functioning services team is looking forward to meeting you!
