Across three floors, we combine everything we love: Drinking. Eating. Enjoying. Sometimes the house cocktail provides food for conversation, sometimes the kitchen scores points on the open fire, sometimes the cigars in the smoking room set the tone.

This is what we are looking for in you.

• Professional preparation of cocktails as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Advising and serving our guests with charm and expertise
• Participation in the development of new drinks, event formats and seasonal beverage menus

• A newly renovated bar in the Oltner Altstadt, 5 minutes on foot from the BHF
• An open corporate culture in which your opinion counts
• 4 working days from Wednesday to Saturday
• 5 weeks of vacation, including 1 week of Christmas holidays

This is what you bring with you.

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management and/or professional experience as a bartender
• Passion for innovative drinks and their preparation
• Structured way of working and a good eye for detail
