Operator Laser and Assembly (m/w/d) ### Your tasks ### • Independent operation and maintenance of the laser marking system in ongoing production • Ensuring a trouble-free, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing process • Autonomous setup, conversion, operation, and monitoring of the automated production system • Professional clamping and safe handling of the workpieces to be processed • Execution of series and small-series productions according to specifications • Processing of metal and plastic parts using laser technology, taking into account the respective material properties • Creation, optimization, and adaptation of labeling programs • Application of CAD data (DXF, STEP) for the implementation of layouts, markings, and positioning • Support in the analysis and rectification of technical faults and deviations within the framework of first-level support • Flexible deployment in the areas of laser processing and assembly • Careful assembly of miniature connectors with high quality and precision requirements • Independent reading, interpretation, and implementation of work instructions and technical drawings • Provision of materials, tools, fixtures, and required production documents • Carrying out quality inspections according to specifications, including final inspection, QS release, and packaging of products • Recording, booking, and feedback of production orders in the SAP system Your profile ### • Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an automation technician, polymechanician, production mechanic, or in a comparable field • Professional experience in an industrial environment is an advantage • Basic knowledge of soft soldering and practical experience in assembly work • Pronounced coordination ability in a dynamic work environment • Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working • Precise, structured, and quality-conscious approach • Resilient and robust personality with a positive attitude and pronounced team spirit • Good communication skills and willingness to interdisciplinary collaboration • Basic knowledge of SAP and understanding of programmatic relationships (e.g., CAD applications) is an advantage • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage • High flexibility and willingness to work shifts and overtime We offer ### • Diverse training and further education program for professional and personal development Up to six weeks of vacation per year • Personnel restaurant with varied and attractively priced menus • Financial support for fitness and swimming pool subscriptions • Free parking and charging stations for electric vehicles • Generous contribution to the half-fare subscription • Above-average benefits in occupational pension provision (pension fund) and other attractive benefits Have we sparked your interest?
