The tilia Stiftung für Langzeitpflege is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we accompany people from the age of 18 who are dependent on care and support. Activation Therapist 60% Your task * You ensure professional accompaniment and support of the residents * Independent planning, organization and implementation of holistic activation while ensuring a varied and structured everyday life in group and individual activities.
