Then this position could be a perfect fit for you. This role is exclusively aimed at experienced personal consultants with sales experience in recruitment. We have an existing customer base as well as a high-performance recruiting system that generates qualified applicants daily. Tasks: • 100% Remote • no office requirement • participation model up to 40% of the generated profit • continuous new candidates from our recruiting system • high flexibility and independent working • modern tools and clear processes. Qualification: • experience in recruitment (temporary or permanent placement) • sales experience and closing strength • independent and structured way of working • strong communication skills and results-oriented. Earning possibilities: Realistic: CHF 5'000 – 20'000 per month. Top Performer: CHF 20'000- upwards open.
