The University Clinic for Ophthalmology of the Inselspital has a long tradition of excellence in ophthalmology.
The Department for Gynecology and Ophthalmology includes 31 beds. Here, women with gynecological, oncological, or senological diseases as well as patients for the conservative and microsurgical treatment of eye diseases are cared for.*

What awaits you ##

• Care of day clinic patients, patients with complex surgical procedures and accompaniment of relatives in palliative situations
• Care of patients after ophthalmological microsurgical procedures and during the treatment of eye diseases
• You convey professional competencies
• Ensuring the learning process support of a group of nursing trainees (secondary level II and tertiary level) in clinical practice
• Planning and organization of training and the deployment of a group of trainees in clinical practice, in cooperation with the nursing education manager and the line management

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau:mann and experience in the acute care sector
• Min. 2 years of professional experience
• Experience as a vocational trainer with a completed diploma course
• Preferably specialist further training in nursing and an SVEB certificate as a clinical instructor or equivalent qualification in adult education
