For our client, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
Leadership and coordination of employees in daily operational business
Responsibility for timely execution of work as well as returns processing
Ensuring fast and correct preparation of goods for delivery
Monitoring and optimization of warehouse processes
Collaboration in the continuous improvement of processes and CIP measures
Support of the team in daily business during personnel bottlenecks
Ensuring efficient communication and cooperation with internal departments
Responsibility for order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the logistics area
Taking over administrative tasks within logistics

Your profile:
Completed training in the field of logistics
Several years of professional experience in logistics
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Structured, independent and responsible way of working
Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities correctly even in hectic situations
Good organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Confident use of the PC as well as enjoyment of administrative and operational tasks
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good understanding of numbers and ability to realistically assess workload and effort
Strong communication and decisive personality
Knowledge in handling AS400 is an advantage
