Specialist Occupational Health Management (BGM) 80-100% Work location by agreement The nationally managed Human Resources department is responsible for and manages the personnel business of the entire SRG. Human Resources accompanies SRG employees in all personnel issues, offers a contemporary training and further education range, and is responsible for the holistic implementation of state-of-the-art core HR processes. This is your contribution We are looking for a Specialist Occupational Health Management (BGM) for a position limited to two years in the Culture & Organizational Development team, starting immediately or by agreement. In this role, you will accompany managers, teams, and organizational units in change and development processes. A particular focus lies on the further development of Occupational Health Management as well as the promotion of a healthy and future-oriented organization.
