Head of Labour Market Measure (AMM) EAR 80% For the development and management of our new labour market measure EAR, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled and leadership-strong personality as Head of Labour Market Measure (AMM) EAR 80% from 1 September 2026 or by agreement for our Ostermundigen location. Diaconis operates the three business areas of housing and care for the elderly, palliative care and vocational integration. Our team consists of around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel. On behalf of the canton of Bern, Diaconis' labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable vocational integration of job-seeking individuals. One of these is the EAR measure (determination of labour market-relevant resources), a site determination and potential assessment for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at individuals with an unclear reintegration strategy, where there is a need for clarification of labour market-relevant competencies and the integration potential for the labour market is to be assessed. The results provide an important basis for further vocational integration. The regional employment centre (RAV) is the referring agency.
