You are the contact person for the customers of Groupe E. In a rapidly developing specialist field, you answer inquiries competently and confidently on the telephone from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 or efficiently perform back-office activities. Using modern communication tools, you independently process simple customer-oriented processes. You take the concerns of the customers very seriously, quickly recognize their needs and inspire your customers through your professional advice and communication.
