Caretaker 40-100% Maintenance of constant customer contact and contact person for technical questions Carrying out maintenance work within the buildings Carrying out maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities incl. their documentation Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines and quality Execution of maintenance and minor repairs, if technically possible Monitoring the maintenance and care of the assigned vehicles, machines and devices as well as the cleaning materials used Driving license B must be present We can only accept complete applications.
