Secretary General The Association des Communes Vaudoises (ADCV) makes the voice of small and medium-sized Vaud communes heard. As a peak association, the ADCV is a privileged interlocutor for State services and intervenes within about twenty commissions and working groups. With 7 of its 70 member communes, our Association promotes communal autonomy and responsibility by advocating for a policy of proximity. In view of the incumbent's departure at the beginning of next year, the ADCV Committee is advertising the position of Secretary General. Main tasks Direct the administration and defend the interests of the Association and its members Analyze consultations, projects, decisions of the State and their consequences for the communes Represent the Association to State services and other stakeholders Support the Committee in its activities and ensure project management Advise member communes in the various areas of communal action Supervise the organization of the Association's events and participate in their animation Profile sought University degree in law, public administration, political science or equivalent training 5 years of experience in a similar function or useful to the position Political sense and a broad network at the communal and cantonal level (Grand Conseil, administrations, etc.) Required knowledge of communal functioning with experience in an executive or legislative body Excellent analytical, writing and oratorical skills Autonomous, proactive and endowed with a developed sense of organization We offer Interesting and varied activity, pleasant working environment Workplace: Mont-sur-Rolle Possibility of partial teleworking and flexible hours Remuneration and social conditions comparable to those offered by the civil service (equivalent to salary class 13 of the State of Vaud) jpidb7c3dfcjm jpit0834jm jpiy26jm
