Maintenance Service Technician

The employer is looking for a: Industrial Refrigeration Technician / Professional Restaurant Equipment (reported profession) We are looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Technician, with specific skills in the maintenance and repair of professional restaurant equipment (ovens, industrial dishwashers, blast chillers, etc.). The figure will be inserted in the technical team, managed by the Facility Manager and will also have to operate in complete autonomy, managing daily assistance, maintenance and technical intervention activities at our operational offices Tasks: • Installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems (cold rooms, refrigerated counters, split systems, etc.) • Diagnosis and repair of faults on professional restaurant equipment • Electrical and hydraulic maintenance • Interventions in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector and large distribution • Planning of technical interventions based on priorities and urgencies, autonomous or managed by the company's Facility Manager • Preparation of technical reports and management of intervention documentation • Collaboration with the operational department for technical evaluations on new installations or plant updates Requirements: • Multi-year experience in the role of industrial refrigeration technician and professional kitchen equipment technician • Basic electrical, hydraulic and mechanical knowledge • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage one's time • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability • FGAS patent (mandatory) • Availability for daily trips in the regional territory • Driving license: cat.
