Your main tasks: • Implementation and administrative support of our marketing and communication measures; design of flyers and e-mail newsletters, organization and coordination of translations, print processing and management of marketing materials • Co-design of the annual marketing plan taking market and customer needs into account • Close cooperation with the sales team to identify market needs and business potentials/trends • Creation and preparation of market, customer and product analyses including recommendations for action, as well as maintenance of marketing and sales reportings • Ongoing analysis and evaluation of the market, competitive and customer environment • Coordination of marketing projects, cooperation with external agencies • Coordination of translations, print orders and external partners • Organization, administration and management of marketing materials • Organization and coordination of congress and training events • Maintenance and updating of website content such as web banners, blog posts • Maintenance and updating of product data in the product information management system (PIM) • Recording of promotional data as well as processing of product mutations • Support for the Head of Marketing with operational and organizational tasks Your qualification: • Completed commercial basic training • Further education in the field of marketing or communication • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on animal health or veterinary medicine • Creativity and high affinity for graphic design for advertising printed matter • InDesign, Photoshop and Mailchimp, as well as very good MS-Office skills • Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage • Careful, independent, exact and structured way of working Your personal strengths include: • You are a motivated and committed personality, are communicative and open • You bring solution-oriented, entrepreneurial as well as analytical thinking • You have a quick grasp as well as high initiative • You are a team player and are flexible
