To reinforce our Sales Support, consisting of 5 people, we are looking for a committed personality who combines operational excellence with digital thinking and acts as an important hub between Sales Support and other departments. You actively participate in the further development, optimization, and digitalization of our sales processes and systems. You participate in projects and coordinate cross-departmental topics between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. You support Sales Support and field service with organizational and administrative tasks: coordinating sales promotion materials, organizing meetings, preparing presentations, etc. You act as a Key User for our sales systems and support their further development. This includes data maintenance and the creation of evaluations and reports. You ensure a high quality of customer and sales data. You take over the deputy role for the Sales Support Team Lead during their absence. You take over the supervision of an apprentice. We are pleased if you already bring experience in this area. What you bring with you Commercial basic training as well as several years of professional experience in sales back office/Sales Support. High IT affinity and interest in digitalization, process optimization, and new technologies. Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps is an advantage. Very good German skills and ideally good English skills in spoken and written form. Further language skills are an advantage. Independent, structured, and reliable way of working. Analytical and networked way of thinking with a flair for data, processes, and connections.
