We are looking for a new clerk for the Outpatient Billing team within the Billing Service Center Bern. YOUR AREA OF IMPACT YOUR TASKS • You are responsible for tariff-compliant billing (of several clinics) of medical services in the area of outpatient and semi-residential treatments • Furthermore, you record medical services in a timely manner and check them against valid tariffs and contracts • Ensuring efficient service transfer between different systems (interface processing) • You are the contact person for complex cases in day-to-day business • Written and telephone communication with cost bearers, partner doctors, patients and internal employees is also part of your tasks • Supporting supervisors with individually arising work • Supporting the induction of new employees <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed a commercial and/or medical basic training • You have several years of professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector • Sound knowledge in the areas of TARMED, TARDOC, KVG and UVG distinguishes you • Very good MS Office skills are a matter of course for you, SAP IS-H knowledge is an advantage • Your skills in independent working, networked thinking, social competence and sense of responsibility round off your profile • Last but not least, your German language skills are at a native level in spoken and written form <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Is it your wish to work in an innovative environment where you can fully demonstrate your strengths, your know-how and competencies?
