The Institut für Finanzdienstleistungen Zug IFZ conducts training and continuing education in the financial sector and processes research and consulting projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as PhD Student Corporate Governance 70% Your tasks You will develop a dissertation (monograph or research papers) in the subject areas of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Company Law. You will participate in practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications. The supervision of student works complements your field of activity. You will support the design, implementation and evaluation of our continuing education offers. You have the opportunity to gain initial experience in teaching. Your profile You have a very good university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) with reference to the topic. Prior admission to a doctoral program at a university is an advantage. You have interest and ideally practical experience or research experience in the subject areas of Corporate Governance or Board Management or Company Law. Your proven specialist and methodological competencies as well as very good analytical skills will facilitate your entry. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and English.
