Main mission(s) Direct the development and maintenance work of public green spaces (sports fields, grassy areas, planted surfaces, tree heritage, etc.) Manage the team personnel (3-7 people) Ensure the administrative part related to the function: orders of material and plants, work reports, etc. Ensure the quality control of the work Control the tree heritage and report all defects Collaborate on manifestations or projects of the service Profile Federal diploma of horticulturist, landscaping orientation or title judged equivalent Greenkeeper training, an asset Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a position with similar responsibilities Professional experience in administrative management, site management and personnel leadership Ability to work at height in trees Autonomy, leadership, spirit of initiative and creativity, listening and communication skills, enjoying teamwork Interest in ecological maintenance and sense of public service Mastery of MS Office tools Special conditions Clean criminal record Driving license (cat.
