Personal, telephone and written contact with tenants, tradespeople, caretakers and authorities
Coordination of the caretakers
Awarding of orders to tradespeople, service providers etc.
Development of professional building management
Collaboration on projects in the area of Facility Management
General commercial tasks
Your profile:
Completed commercial and/or technical training with further education in real estate management, Facility Management and/or building technology
Professional experience in an adequate function in the real estate sector including initial experience in management
Good IT understanding
Proficient in German (spoken and written)
Proactive, committed and friendly personality
Enjoyment of direct contact with people
Strong organizational flair and negotiation skills
High service orientation
Good communication skills
Independent, responsible and precise way of working
