On behalf of our client, a company from the construction industry in the Liestal area, we are looking for a committed personality with organizational talent, initiative, and enjoyment of customer contact.

What awaits you

You will work closely with two experienced construction managers and relieve them in administrative and organizational day-to-day business. As an interface between construction management, customers, and project participants, you will receive a lot of freedom to actively help shape your newly created area of responsibility.

Your tasks

• Administrative and organizational support for the construction managers
• Collaboration on various construction projects and direct customer contact
• Preparation of meetings and creation of meeting minutes
• General correspondence as well as processing of project and construction documentation
• Coordination of appointments, documents, and open tasks
• Occasional construction site visits
• Depending on experience, support with plan documents and CAD applications

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or a comparable training
• Experience in the construction industry or a construction-related environment is an advantage
• Alternatively, technical construction training with enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of Swiss German
• Good MS-Office skills; CAD skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of customer contact
• Driving license category B
