Since 2006, we have been caring for and accompanying clients in the cantons of Saint-Gall and Appenzell Rhodes-Extérieures. For the Rheintal intervention zone, we are looking for, by agreement, an Assistant Regional Manager at a workload of approximately 80-100 %. Your commitment to spirix care AG: I • am assistant to the regional management for professional, personal and organizational tasks • contribute to the professional management and support of employees • contribute to guaranteeing person-centered and high-quality care and support • plan, direct and control care processes • ensure coordination with clients, relatives, doctors, hospitals, insurers and other partners • guarantee the flow of information within the team and towards management • contribute to the organization and holding of professional and team meetings • participate in interviews with employees as well as in the continuous development of care quality • implement company objectives taking into account a professional and economical use of resources Your profile: I • am a registered nurse HF or have an equivalent training. • have several years of professional experience and possess interRAI knowledge or am willing to acquire it. • am ready to provide extra effort, to assume responsibilities and to support the regional management in the operational field. • act in a service-oriented, autonomous and reliable manner. • possess a valid category B driver's license.
