As an automotive mechatronic technician, you perform checks of systems and functionality as well as simple diagnostic work on cars and vans. You repair engines, transmissions, mechanics, and electronics. You independently carry out work related to services and controls. You perform fuel injection system tests with the aid of special devices and proceed with system settings as well as brake tests and verify the electronic components of the mechanics, e.g., braking assistance devices. In the field of error searching and repairs, you proceed with fault diagnostics as well as search for and eliminate causes, verify driver assistance and infotainment systems as well as hybrid and electric propulsion systems, and replace defective components. Alongside the promotion of technical knowledge, the basis of training in the company consists of the development of methodological, social, and personal skills. This means that during your training, you will learn theory and practice starting from the basics and will be able to face the challenges that arise in interpersonal and professional environments.
