Assistant Play+ / Data & AI Business 100%, workplace by agreement

The division bundles different functions that are of central importance for a modern, audience-oriented, and future-proof SRG. It combines strategic audience knowledge, the digital streaming platform Play+, transversal data and AI governance, offer portfolio management, as well as central content genres such as fiction and sport. Also included is the offering for Swiss nationals living abroad, Swissinfo. In this way, this new division creates the foundation for an attractive SRG offering that reaches people in all regions. You will help shape the organization and the strategic direction of this new directorate in a phase characterized by financial challenges, changed media usage, and growing international competition.

This is your contribution ####

Play+ is Switzerland's new live and streaming platform. It has high strategic importance for the future and thereby strengthens a modern, user-oriented SRG. Data & AI Business is responsible for the implementation of the data and AI strategy and operates data governance.

Reporting directly to the heads of Play+ and Data & AI Business, you will be engaged in administrative and organizational support, including:

• Organization of internal and external meetings, travel, and events in all regions
• Creation and preparation of decision-making bases, presentations, and documents
• First point of contact for internal and external inquiries as well as professional communication (emails, correspondence, briefings)
• Administrative support also for personnel entries and exits: coordination of IT accounts and access, interface to IT (opening tickets, etc.)
• Ensuring processes for reportings (registration, reminders, dispatch) as well as for the SteA Play+ (dates, agenda, dispatch)
• Support and holiday replacement in the assistant pool of the Angebot directorate

This is how you will inspire us ####

• Several years of experience as an assistant
• Demonstrable interest in media
• Service-oriented and proactive, self-organized work attitude
• Discreet handling of sensitive information and reliable prioritization of concerns
• Digital affinity including experience in using MS 365 tools
• Very good German and French skills; good English skills
