Your contribution

• Plan, execute, and ensure the processes for creating orders (commands, directives, and regulations) and working aids (fact sheets, brochures, and posters), as well as the redesign of badges in the Operations Command
• Continuously maintain communication and coordination between customers and suppliers as well as the companies
• Advise and support authors in the development of orders and working aids
• Ensure technical and substantive training and further education for authors, taking into account the connections between the orders as well as the superior specifications and directives
• Edit, coordinate, and consolidate contributions to operational commanding and/or to reports, orders, and agreements

What makes you unique

• A commercial basic education supplemented by further training in a technical field
• Further training as well as experience in project management (IPMA Level D) of complex projects and in the area of controlling
• In-depth knowledge of the processes and legal requirements of the Federal Administration and the Army is an advantage
• Excellent IT skills as well as sound knowledge of administrative processes
• Active knowledge of at least two official languages

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command, and the Military Police. Around 40 % of the approx. 2'500 employees are civilian employees -- from engineers and aircraft mechanics to analysts.
