Your tasks:

• Leadership, support, and further development of the nursing team

• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts in cooperation with the clinic management
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and resource planning on the ward
• Ensuring professional care and accompaniment of patients

Your profile:

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in the guidance and promotion of juniors and professionals
• Enjoyment of the conceptual further development of the nursing sector
• High social competence, ability to work in a team, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
