Leadership responsibility in long-term care, where heart and professional competence count equally. In Spiez, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH as a deputy residential area manager at a workload of 80 - 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible function, together with the residential area manager, you assume joint professional and personnel responsibility for a residential area in an established care institution. You accompany residents with heart and professional competence in everyday life, actively promote your team in daily cooperation, and specifically contribute your nursing experience to the further development of modern nursing processes. • Support of the residential area manager in the professional and organizational leadership of the team
• Direct leadership and promotion of the employees in the residential area
• Assumption of professional responsibility in nursing
• Participation in the professional nursing and care of the residents
• Support in the implementation of annual goals as well as nursing quality standards
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Co-design of an appreciative and professional nursing everyday life
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary specialist departments

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalently recognized training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Ideally professional experience in long-term care as well as initial leadership experience
• Good IT user knowledge
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in interprofessional cooperation and in the further development of nursing processes
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
