To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Maintenance Employee (m/f/d) who reliably keeps our systems in good shape through predictive maintenance.

Your contribution to success ##

• Together with the maintenance technicians and the production team leader, you create structured maintenance plans and implement them independently so that malfunctions do not arise in the first place
• You perform important service and maintenance work during maintenance windows so that production continues uninterrupted
• You support the team with fault analyses, minor repairs and optimization projects
• You actively participate in risk analyses and the development of emergency scenarios
• In the on-call and fault service, you are on site when it matters (mobility must be ensured)

Are you ready? ##

• Completed basic technical training, e.g., as a polymechanic (m/f/d), agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive specialist (m/f/d)
• Good understanding of systems and machines as well as interest in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Interest in developing further in maintenance, e.g., as a maintenance specialist (m/f/d)
• Independent, eager-to-learn and precise way of working
• Team orientation and resilience, even in hectic situations
